The purpose of this script is to give you the freedom to edit Peg's name prior to creating it.

At present, when choosing 2 or more Peg nodes, Harmony creates a joint Peg node with the generic name "PEG". To edit this name, you need to first choose the new Peg node and only then change its name.

This script lets you edit the name before Harmony creates the peg, thus making the process a bit more intuitive and straightforward.

Instructions:

  1. Choose 2 or more Peg nodes that you would like to create a joint Peg Node for.

  2. Click the script Icon.

  3. If you need a name already in use do the following (if not move to step 4):

    • Choose the RadioButton with the name you want,

    • Click on the "Add to Peg's name" button*

    • The name will show up in the "Edit Peg's name" bar.

  4. Type your desired peg's name into the "Edit Peg's name" bar. If there is already a name there, you can edit it.

  5. Click "OK". **

That's it you've created a Peg Node with the name that you wanted!
